Job Description
- Handling inquiry, request and complaint from existing or non-customer via walk-in channel, call-in channel, email, website, WhatsApp and social media
- Provide information as customer needs and assigned to related division if needed according to the type of the information, report using the MIS system
- Make outbound calls to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and monitor complaint/request tickets.
