Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Success Consultant (Engineer – Construction Software) PT RENRUI INDONESIA HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on marketing, basic software skills, and other relevant topics.
- Provide project guidance and technical support to clients to ensure successful software implementation and adoption.
- Support the sales team in presales activities, including product demonstrations and technical consultations.
- Identify, investigate, and analyze issues encountered during daily operations, and provide effective solutions.
- Gather market insights, client feedback, and product requirements to support continuous product improvement.
- Prepare and deliver training materials, project progress updates, and activity reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, structural engineering, or the construction industry.
- Good understanding of structural, architectural, and/or MEP drawings, construction specifications, standard details, and measurement rules commonly used in building projects in Indonesia.
- Ability to perform cost estimation for construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D modeling or structural analysis software, such as Revit, ETABS, Tekla, SAP2000, or SketchUp.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong construction-related technical background, good communication skills, and the ability to help clients successfully implement and use software.
