Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in import, customs clearance, or logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulations and HS Code classification.
Familiar with SPJM (Red Lane) procedures and Quarantine clearance processes.
Knowledge of import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO/SKA (Certificate of Origin), Surveyor Report (LS), Import Permits (PI), and other customs-related documents.
Experience coordinating with PPJK (Customs Broker), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government authorities.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end import and logistics operations from shipment to warehouse delivery.
Coordinate customs clearance with PPJK, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities.
Prepare, review, and maintain all import and customs documentation.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and import licensing requirements.
Handle SPJM (Red Lane) inspections, Quarantine clearance, and customs-related issues.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth import operations.
