Customs Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja, Tangerang. The role is responsible for managing customs activities while ensuring full compliance with customs regulations. As a leader, this position also oversees team performance, manpower and training planning, regulatory compliance reviews, and accurate daily and monthly stock mutation reporting to support audit readiness.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field

Minimum of 4 years of experience in export-import, customs, customs clearance, or trade compliance, and a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team

Must hold a valid Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan

Good understanding of customs regulations, export-import procedures, licenses, customs clearance, shipment processes, and customs documentation

• Familiarity with and understanding of IT Inventory management, including daily and monthly stock mutation monitoring
• Strong leadership, teamwork, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented, with a strong compliance mindset and a high focus on data accuracy
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with internal parties, Customs Authority, and other related external parties
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Strong HSE awareness and willingness to comply with factory safety standards
• Open to qualified candidates with disabilities
