Job Description

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
• Recommend beverages and assist guests with their orders and inquiries.
• Monitor beverage stock levels, replenish supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including completing assigned checklists.
• Assist with stock inventory, beverage promotions, and menu tastings.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, café, bar, or hospitality establishment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and basic bartending techniques.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-oriented personality.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bar hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice is an advantage.
