About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst – Fresh Graduate to join our telecommunications team in Jakarta. In this role, you will work with various telecommunication and network-related datasets to support operational monitoring, performance analysis, and data-driven decision making. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in Data Analytics, Telecommunication, Network Performance, and Technology.
- Key responsibilities
- Collect, process, clean, and analyze telecommunication and network data.
- Analyze network performance and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly network performance reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring network and operational KPIs.
- Support analysis of network traffic, availability, utilization, and performance indicators.
- Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports.
- Generate insights from large datasets to support network and operational teams.
- Collaborate with Network, Operations, Engineering, and other technical teams to understand data requirements.
- Assist in identifying patterns and trends that can help improve network performance and operational efficiency.
- Automate repetitive reporting or data-processing activities where possible.
- About you
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics / Mathematics, Data Science or other related fields.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to learn about telecommunication networks and network performance.
