Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources (operational, marketing, patient, and partnership data)
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights related to clinic operations and growth
- Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools)
- Support ad-hoc analysis for business, marketing performance, and operational efficiency
- Assist in tracking KPIs such as patient acquisition, referral performance, conversion rates, and retention
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation
Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong understanding of basic data analysis concepts (descriptive analysis, trend analysis, KPI tracking)
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (SQL is a strong plus)
- Familiar with data visualization and reporting
- Basic knowledge of Python / R or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with real operational data
- Interest in healthcare, medical services, or service-based businesses is a plus
