- # Job Description – Data Analyst
- **Job Level:** Middle

- ## Job Responsibilities
- Perform data management activities in accordance with customer, company, contract, and regulatory requirements.
- Interact with customers and other teams to gather data requirements for new and existing applications.
- Identify business problems and variables that need to be predicted.
- Utilize data to analyze and solve business problems.
- Support the development, enhancement, evaluation, and maintenance of multiple datasets to ensure consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reliability.
- Perform data analysis and generate periodic data reports for management and customers.
- Present data management updates during internal and customer meetings.
- Develop and implement process improvements for data management activities.
- ## Job Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in data management, data analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles and data governance.
- Proficiency in **SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools**.
- Ability to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work onsite at the **Pulomas Office, East Jakarta**.
