What you'll be doing
Collect, analyse and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and solutions
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights
- Support the implementation of data-driven initiatives and process improvements
- Champion a data-driven culture within the organisation
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, preferably in the Retail industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly insights
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
