- Manage daily Data Center operations and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, storage, and network systems.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security in accordance with SLAs.
- Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support infrastructure operations.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational reports.
