Demand Planning Staff

Tanggung Jawab

Develop and manage factory demand and production plans based on buyer orders, demand forecasts, production capacity, and delivery requirements.

Monitor production schedules, factory capacity, and material readiness to ensure alignment with production targets and delivery commitments.

Analyze planning performance, identify potential production constraints, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective factory operations.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Factory Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, preferably in footwear manufacturing.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, capacity planning, and material requirements planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly data analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Familiar with ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority.
• Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang.
