- is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of
- Depot Head (Branch/Depot Head)
- based in
- Pekanbaru.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Head/Depot Head, preferably in the
- Building Materials, FMCG, or Automotive
- industry.
- Familiar with the Pekanbaru area and surrounding regions is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Candidates domiciled in Pekanbaru or willing to be based in Pekanbaru are preferred.
- Possess a valid Class A Driving License (SIM A).
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and achieve branch targets covering
- sales performance, accounts receivable collection, warehouse inventory, and people development
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies while ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales and Warehouse teams to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing corrective actions when necessary.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and the ability to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
