• Utilizing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) data to track turnover, engagement, and hiring metrics to inform business decisions.
• Supporting Total Rewards & Compensation
• by Ensuring salaries and benefits are competitive within the industry and designing programs

Risk Management

Ensuring the company adheres to local, state, and federal labor laws and health and safety (OSHA) standards across multiple jurisdictions.

Conflict Resolution

Acting as a neutral party to resolve complex workplace disputes or sensitive internal investigations.

Kualifikasi

• Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
• Min. 15 years experience in HR Operation / HRIS/ Industrial relation from Retail or Logistic Industries
• Familiar with HRIS and labor law
• Good in data analytics, reporting and presentation
• Good communication and team work
• Willing to travel
