We are a newly established PMA company based in Semarang, Indonesia, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Assistant – Graphic Designer.

Job Description

• Develop creative visual content for company branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials related to real estate development and manufacturing.
• Design marketing collaterals, including brochures, company profiles, catalogs, presentations, banners, signage, and digital advertisements.
• Create visual materials for property projects, product launches, corporate events, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and project teams to translate business objectives into effective visual communication.
• Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline marketing materials.Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets according to technical specifications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, visual communication techniques, and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer; experience in real estate, property development, architecture, or manufacturing is an advantage.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Canva and video editing software is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout composition, typography, branding, and marketing design.
• Good understanding of visual branding, color theory, and print production requirements.
