🚀 We're Hiring: Design Engineer (Staff)
Are you passionate about product design and engineering? We're looking for a Design Engineer (Staff) to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative products from concept to production.
- 📍 Requirements
- Minimum D3 in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Design Engineer or in a related role.
- Able to create and interpret 2D & 3D technical drawings.
- Proficient in CAD software such as ZW3D, SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent.
- Understand product development processes and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
- Knowledge of EPP/EPS materials is an advantage.
- Able to analyze trial results and recommend product improvements.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willing to conduct production trials and visit customers/suppliers when required.
- 💼 Responsibilities
- Develop and modify product designs based on customer and production requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate 2D & 3D technical drawings.
- Support product development activities from concept through production.
- Analyze trial results and implement design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability.
- Provide technical support during production trials and customer discussions.
