Deskripsi pekerjaan DESIGNER INTERIOR CLINIC STAFF Physiorehab Clinic
Responsibilities
- Develop clinic layouts and space planning.
- Create efficient patient and staff flow.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare technical drawings for clinic development.
- Conduct site measurements and site visits.
- Prepare material and finishing recommendations.
- Adjust designs based on available space, operational requirements, and CAPEX budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP, and Expansion Team.
- Support design implementation during clinic fit-out.
- Review implementation to ensure alignment with approved design.
- Develop standardized clinic design elements that can be replicated across future locations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 1–2 years experience in Interior Design / Architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Proficient in SketchUp.
- Able to use rendering software.
- Understand basic technical drawings and space planning.
- Basic knowledge of materials and fit-out/construction.
- Commercial, retail, healthcare, or clinic design experience is a plus.
- Portfolio required.
