Desk Collection English Speaker (Fresh Graduate/Non-Experience)

About the role

• This role involves managing customer payment collections and addressing payment-related issues to meet performance targets and KPIs. WFO :
• Sriwedari, Surakarta
• Key responsibilities
• Remind customers of payment due dates
• Conduct payment collection through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other prepared media
• Negotiate payment terms with customers
• Address customer complaints related to payment obstacles
• Achieve assigned performance targets, productivity, and KPIs
• Report and create lists of customer prospects with upcoming due dates
• About you
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK
• Basic English language skills: Listening, Speaking, Writing (Basic Conversation)
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn new things (open to fresh graduates and non-experienced candidates)
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
• High work motivation
