Tanggung jawab

• Daily payment collection
• Daily reporting Overdue customer
• Maintain & Monitoring customer payment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections.
• Experience with debt collection processes, customer service, or administrative support is desirable.
• Understanding of collection procedures, practices, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong Excel skills for data analysis and reportin
• Willing to work full WFO
