• What you'll be doing
• Formula development for color, additive, and functional masterbatch
• Cost reduction (raw material substitution, process efficiency)
• Collaboration with QC team in formulating
• Deep Learning for Material’s documents (COA, TSD, MSDS, SDS, ect)
• What we're looking for
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry,
• Min. 1 years experience in masterbatch / compounding
• Able to operate & calibrate QC instruments: spectrophotometer, moisture meter, lab-scale extruder, oven, mixer etc.

Strong knowledge of pigments (organic/inorganic), dispersants, and additives (UV stabilizers, antioxidants, flame retardants, antistatic agents, etc.)

• Creative & innovative
• Strong teamwork skills
• Not color blind
• Fluent in English
