- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with 3–5 years’ experience in DevOps, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or similar production support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including core cloud services, networking, storage, and identity/access management.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and automation technologies such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Python, and Bash.
- Practical expertise in containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, supported by solid Linux and/or Windows administration skills.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, security, and release management practices, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
