DICOM Integration Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DICOM Integration Engineer – Medical Imaging AI to join our growing technical and product team in Central Jakarta. This is a full-time position focused on the installation, integration, configuration, and technical support of artificial intelligence solutions within hospital radiology and IT environments. As a DICOM Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for connecting AI solutions with CT scanners, PACS, hospital networks, AI servers, and clinical workstations. You will work closely with hospital IT teams, PACS administrators, radiologists, Clinical Application Radiographers, Product Specialists, and technical partners to ensure reliable and secure system integration. The role requires strong knowledge of DICOM, PACS, networking, servers, and healthcare IT infrastructure. Previous experience with AI-based medical imaging solutions or AI server deployment will be a strong advantage.

• Key responsibilities
• Install, configure, and support medical imaging AI servers within hospital environments.
• Integrate AI solutions with CT scanners, PACS, and clinical workstations using DICOM.
• Configure AE Titles, IP addresses, DICOM ports, and routing rules.
• Perform DICOM connectivity testing and validate image transmission between systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot hospital networks, firewalls, VPNs, and server connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain server performance, including CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and network usage.
• Troubleshoot DICOM, PACS, AI software, server, and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with hospital IT teams, PACS vendors, and technical partners during installation and implementation.
• Support testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, and post-implementation technical support.
• Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, installations, and troubleshooting activities.
• About you
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of DICOM and PACS.
• Familiar with Windows Server and/or Linux.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• Familiar with IP addresses, ports, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Experience with server installation and troubleshooting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable communicating in English.
