Digital Banking Officer and Treasury Dealer

1、As Digital Banking Officer the role will involve day-to-day tasks related to product development (as product owner), marketing, sales, and partnership activities. This is part of Branch Distribution Section has responsibility for carrying out activities that

include

• Analyst the business market.
• Provide new ideas for product development and promotional programs especially for digital products.
• Manage and organize development timeline.
• Deliver mobile banking and digital business banking projects.
• Create financial transaction reports of mobile banking and business banking on daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Analyse and monitor product market, customer, and transaction trends.
• Manage and prepare Regulatory Licensing and Reporting.
• Responsible for SBII product sales in accordance with the target: CASA growth,Deposit growth, new customer acquisition, etc.

We are looking for

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Good in speaking and writing in English.
• At least 3 years of similar experience in the Banking Industry is expected.
• Have knowledge of banking products, operations and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and data processing skills.

2、Treasury Dealer has responsibility for carrying out activities that include:Responsible for cash flow generation, Nostro Management, and bank liquidity fulfillment.

• Optimizing the bank's liquidity management through Money Market (MM),Fixed Income, and Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions.
• Responsible for compliance with liquidity ratios established by the regulator.

Responsible for dealing in treasury products (FX, MM, and Fixed Income) in accordance with established policies and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and administered.

• Monitoring the Net Open Position (NOP) regarding outstanding FX transactions.
• Providing the best quotations for customers in FX transactions.
• Preparing counter exchange rates, providing reference numbers, and submitting customer reports to the Remittance section.
• Monitoring market developments, including market interest rates, bond prices,
• FX exchange rates, economic indicators, and other factors related to treasury products and activities.

We are looking for

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
• Expected to have minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury Dealer at Bank
• Have a good understanding of Banking and banking regulations (Bank Indonesia and OJK).
• Expertise in Treasury products (forex, money market, fixed income) and its aspects.
• Preferably have Risk management certification at least level 5 and basic level Treasury Dealer certification.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
