Digital Learning Content Specialist

FINNS Bali is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and resourceful Digital Learning Content Specialist. This role is responsible for producing, translating, and managing all digital learning content and training materials across our properties. This role ensures engaging module development, seamless publishing, and impactful learning resource updates throughout the lifecycle of employee onboarding, hospitality training, and internal L&D initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Research safety-related topics and industry trends.
• Prepare well-structured course drafts and training modules directly within digital publishing tools.

Thoroughly edit and proofread all learning materials before publication to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with safety compliance standards.

Professionally take incoming inquiries or platform messages and promptly forward them to the relevant parties.

Write, review, edit, and update company training materials to keep safety content accurate, up to date, and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience of work as Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
• Ability to manage the content with Canva, Video apps, and other online apps.
• An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
• Able to work to deadlines.
• Able to communicate well with the team and others.
• Attention to detail.
