Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support Paisley Things' marketing, business development, and sales activities.

• Key Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing & Event Research
• Manage and develop digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
• Research international exhibitions, trade shows, events, and potential markets relevant to Paisley Things.
• Identify business opportunities and potential events for brand participation.
• Website Management
• Manage and maintain The Darius Tobing Foundation website.
• Ensure website content and information are accurate, updated, and well-organized.
• Assist with website improvements and content updates when needed.
• Graphic Design Support
• Create and assist with promotional materials, marketing content, and visual assets.
• Prepare graphic design materials for social media, events, and other marketing purposes.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Design, or related fields.
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Support, or related roles is preferred.
• Familiar with social media management and digital marketing strategies.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• Willing to participate in markets, exhibitions, and events when required.
