Deskripsi pekerjaan DIGITAL MARKETING STAFF ARM TRAVELS AND BUSINESS ADVISOR
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Staff to join our team and help strengthen our digital presence across various platforms.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including captions, articles, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Create and edit marketing visuals using design tools.
- Assist in developing content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Generate reports and provide recommendations based on marketing performance data.
- Collaborate with management to support business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics is preferred.
- Skilled in Content Marketing and Content Strategy.
- Basic image editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in English is an advantage.
