• We’re looking for a
• Digital Marketing Associate / Sr. Associate
• who can turn our brand strategy into meaningful digital presence, measurable engagement, and business impact.
• What you’ll do
• You will play a hands-on role in building and managing Summit’s digital ecosystem, including:
• Own and manage the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Manage website updates, SEO and SEM activities
• Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across social, search, and display
• Create and coordinate digital content — copy, graphics, and short-form video
• Manage community engagement across owned digital channels
• Develop digital assets to support new training programs and certifications
• Support digital go-to-market campaigns and sales enablement initiatives
• Monitor digital performance and provide insights on traffic, engagement, leads, conversion, and campaign ROI
• Work with freelancers/agencies for specialized creative, video, design, and media-buying needs
• What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience
• in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms, Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Basic understanding of SEO/SEM
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar analytics tools
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools
• Strong copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia; working English is a plus
• Creative, agile, analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative
• Someone who takes ownership and can move quickly in a growing organization
