Digital Product Manager

Job Description

• Develop and execute digital product strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Define and manage the product roadmap by prioritizing features, enhancements, and initiatives based on business value and user impact.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities and improve customer experience.

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful product delivery.

• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements for development teams.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key metrics to drive data-informed decisions and product enhancements.
• Manage product releases, stakeholder communications, and continuous innovation to maximize product value and business growth.
• Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Owner, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and digital product development.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize product initiatives.
• Experience conducting user research, market analysis, and translating customer insights into product improvements.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
