Digital Strategist (Performance Marketing)

Deskripsi pekerjaan Digital Strategist (Performance Marketing) VhiSOMO

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to operate Ads Manager. We are looking for a strategist who understands what to run, why we run it, how to optimize it, and what the business should do next.

Requirement

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Strategy, Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or related roles, preferably from an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business and marketing objectives into actionable digital strategies.
• Hands-on experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads.
• Understand campaign objectives, audience segmentation, funnel strategy, media planning, budget allocation, and optimization.
• Able to analyze campaign performance beyond reporting numbers — identify why a campaign works or doesn’t work and recommend the next action.
• Comfortable working with key performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPV, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and other relevant KPIs.
• Able to develop testing strategies across audience, creative, messaging, placement, and media approach.
• Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, social media platforms, and current digital trends.
• Able to translate data and campaign learnings into strategic insights for clients and internal creative teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain strategy and recommendations clearly.
• Analytical, curious, and proactive, not someone who simply waits for campaign results.
• Comfortable collaborating with Creative, Content, Account, and Business teams.
• Strong Plus
• Experience handling multiple brands or FMCG clients.
• Familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or other tracking tools.
• Experience creating media plans and managing campaign budgets independently.
• Able to provide input on creative performance — not only media performance.
