About the role
- E Verre is seeking an experienced
- Plastic Surgeon (Dokter Bedah Plastik)
- to join our healthcare team in West Jakarta. This is a
- full-time position
that offers a unique opportunity to provide specialised surgical care within a dynamic medical environment. As a Plastic Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality aesthetic and reconstructive surgical services to our patients, whilst contributing to the advancement of surgical excellence within our organisation.
Key responsibilities
Perform a range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including aesthetic surgeries, reconstructive operations and corrective procedures
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments and pre-operative evaluations to determine appropriate surgical approaches
- Develop individualised surgical treatment plans based on patient needs, expectations and medical history
- Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and surgical documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with nursing staff, anaesthetists and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective surgical procedures
- Stay current with advances in plastic and reconstructive surgery through continued professional development
- Adhere to all safety protocols, sterilisation procedures and infection control standards within the operating theatre
- Contribute to the provision of ethical and compassionate patient care that prioritises patient safety and satisfaction
- What we're looking for
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery from an accredited institution
- Valid professional medical license and registration with relevant healthcare regulatory bodies in Indonesia
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery
- Demonstrated expertise in performing a variety of aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures
- Strong understanding of surgical techniques, patient safety protocols and operating theatre procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex surgical concepts to patients in a clear and compassionate manner
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Commitment to continuing professional development and staying informed of current surgical advances
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Strong ethical standards and a patient-centred approach to medical practice
