MEDICAL DATA ANALYSIS – GENERAL PRACTITIONER

POSITION SUMMARY

The General Practitioner will provide medical analysis, clinical insights, and professional medical consultation to support insurance broking operations.

The role will primarily focus on medical data analysis, risk assessment, medical claims review, client consultation, and employee health benefits programs. The position will work closely with the insurance broking, claims, employee benefits, and client-facing teams to ensure that medical information is accurately assessed and translated into meaningful business insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Medical Doctor / General Practitioner (MD / GP).
• Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
• Clinical experience is preferred.
• Experience in health insurance, medical claims, employee benefits, healthcare consulting, or medical data analysis is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of clinical conditions, diagnosis, treatment, and medical terminology.
• Good understanding of health insurance and medical claims processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate medical information to both medical and non-medical audiences.
