Drafter – Furniture & Production

• We are a custom furniture and interior workshop specializing in bespoke sofas, cabinetry, wardrobes, and built-in furniture.
• We are looking for a
• Senior Drafter – Furniture & Production
• who has strong technical knowledge of furniture construction and production processes. This role focuses on translating designs into
• accurate, production-ready working drawings
• and ensuring that production is executed correctly in the workshop.
• This is a
• hands-on technical role
• working closely with carpenters and production teams to minimize errors, rework, and quality issues.
• Key Responsibilities
• Produce
• detailed working drawings
• for custom furniture and built-in items
• Create
• 3D drawings/models
• for furniture and cabinetry when required
• Prepare clear dimensions, sections, details, and material specifications
• Explain drawings and technical details clearly to production and workshop teams
• Supervise and control production to ensure drawings are followed accurately
• Coordinate with production teams to prevent mistakes and rework
• Monitor quality, dimensions, and finishing throughout the production process
• Ensure final products match approved drawings, specifications, and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in
• furniture drafting, technical design, or interior production drawings
• Strong understanding of
• furniture construction, joinery, materials, and production workflows
• Ability to work closely with carpenters, workshop teams, and production staff
• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility for execution quality
• Able to work independently and take ownership of production accuracy
• English communication skills
