Job Description
- Assist in developing preliminary designs based on project and user requirements.
- Create and revise technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Enscape, or other design applications).
- Support the calculation of dimensions, material quantities, and basic technical specifications.
- Collect and analyze technical data to support the design process.
- Prepare presentation drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Coordinate with the Project, Maintenance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Prepare technical documentation and project progress reports.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback from the Project team.
Requirements
- Final-year Architecture or Civil Engineering students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Available to work full-time from our office.
- Minimum 6 months of internship experience in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Enscape, or similar design tools).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and technical drawings.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
