DRAFTER PIB & PEB

We are International Freight Forwarding Company specialized in Oil and Gas and Mining Industry, invites applications for the following position:

Position: DRAFTER PIB & PEB

RESPONSIBILITES

Understand Export – Import Regulation.

Creating, inputting, and processing draft PIB, PEB, or other customs documents (such as BC 2.0, BC 3.0, BC2.8, etc.) via the CEISA (Customs-Excise Information System and Automation) module system.

Analyzing shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading/airway bill) to accurately determine the product registration code or HS Code.

• Monitoring status PIB/PEB, NPD, SPTNP, DNP, SPSA.
• Monitoring shipment needs after SPPB (Notul, NPD etc).
• Responsibility to ensure every Operational activity will run smoothly related with land transport & speedboat request.
• Responsibility to follow up instruction form Internal.
• Mengelola dan mengarsipkan data PIB/PEB serta dokumen pelengkapnya secara rapi untuk kebutuhan audit kepabeanan.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum D3 or S1 Logistics, Transport or other relevant major.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the past.
• Able to make PIB drafts simply.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in the English language.
• Honest, disciplined, proficient in communication, and capable of working under pressure.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Can Work as soon as possible.
• Placed in Tangerang Banten
