5+ years of experience on construction projects (villas, residential buildings); experience in Bali preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD; SketchUp skills are a plus
Ability to produce shop drawings (working drawings), not just 3D renders: tile layouts, plumbing and electrical positioning, sections, construction nodes, and detailed dimensioned drawings
Experience working directly with foremen and tradesmen; drawings must be clear to workers without requiring additional explanation
Willingness to work full-time on a project
Currently residing in Bali or willing to relocate (Ubud)
