Requierements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Tourism Driver, Tour Driver, or Long-Distance Commercial Driver.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A / SIM B1 / SIM B2 active and relevant to vehicle types).

Deep knowledge of road networks, highways, shortcuts, and routes across Yogyakarta and East Java (e.g., Solo, Malang, Bromo, Banyuwangi, Surabaya).

• Clean driving record with no history of reckless driving or serious traffic violations.
• Excellent understanding of vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues, and defensive driving techniques.
• Good communication skills, polite, customer-service oriented, and neat appearance.
• Basic English communication skills for welcoming foreign tourists is a strong advantage.
• Excellent physical stamina and readiness for multi-day overland journeys, irregular hours, and weekend/holiday shifts.
