Duty Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in five-stars luxury hotel (overseas experience is a strong asset).
• Les Clefs D'or or member.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, inspire and coach a team.
• Exceptional communication skills include written, verbal and interpersonal communication with guests and colleagues.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills with the ability to find creative solutions.
