Are you passionate about sports, e-commerce, and supply chain? We are looking for an E-commerce Dispatch Planner to join our team at Decathlon Indonesia. In this role, your primary objective is to guarantee local business performance by ensuring the right stock is at the right place and time for our digital and retail channels.
High affinity with data and supply systems, including SAP, SAC, Tableau, AFO, AI, Forecasting tools, and Data Analysis.
Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and adaptability. Excellent collaboration, interpersonal communication, and a "daring" mindset to challenge the status quo.
Execute availability tactics through precise replenishment settings, such as matrix seasonality settings, tactical allocation, and pre-allocation.
Lead shortage management tactics by maintaining a clear decision tree with the commercial and logistics ecosystem (CSM & LOG) to manage stock deficits effectively.
Forecast Sport Growth Locally
Anticipate local trends to drive accurate forecasts and agile business decisions, taking into account seasonality, double date, pay day, public holidays, unique events, tourist flows, and sales formats.
Review and dynamically adjust forecasts weekly in collaboration with the Country Sales Manager (CSM), accounting for short-term factors like weather fluctuations or promotional events.
Partner closely with the Zone Dispatch Planner (ZDP) to align forecasts, provide insights, and continuously challenge assumptions to ensure precise e-commerce and in-store sales forecasts.
Boost the Efficiency of Your Stock
Process daily alerts regarding out-of-stocks, logistics delays, IT bugs, or bad gestures, coordinating swift actions with your local ecosystem.
Operational Execution (KSI): Forecast Ratio (A & B code), Forecast Added Value (FAD), and % Manual Gesture (allocation + manual order), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) during campaign, and consumables availability.
