About the Role
- PT CETC Teknologi Indonesia is looking for a creative and results-oriented
- E-Commerce & Graphic Design Specialist
- to manage our online stores and produce high-quality digital marketing materials for Netcom and other ICT product brands.
This position combines e-commerce operations with graphic design. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online marketplaces, improving product listings, creating promotional content and supporting online sales growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Operations
- Manage the company’s official stores on Tokopedia, Shopee and other online marketplaces.
- Upload and maintain product listings, specifications, prices, stock information and promotional content.
- Improve product titles, descriptions, keywords and images to increase traffic and conversion.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundles and advertising.
- Monitor customer inquiries, reviews, order status and store performance.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, finance and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Monitor competitor products, prices, promotions and marketplace activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, traffic, advertising, conversion rate and store performance.
- Support the development of the company website and social media channels.
- Graphic Design
- Design product images, marketplace banners, campaign materials and online-store layouts.
- Create social media content, digital advertisements, brochures, catalogues, EDMs and event materials.
- Produce attractive product-comparison charts and feature highlights.
- Edit product photos and create clean, professional product presentations.
- Maintain consistent visual identity across Netcom and other assigned brands.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for Tokopedia, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and websites.
- Coordinate with product managers and sales teams to understand product features and campaign objectives.
- Support basic video editing for product introductions and promotional content.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, graphic design or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Tokopedia and Shopee stores.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or other video-editing tools is an advantage.
- Able to create marketplace-ready product images, banners and promotional content.
- Good understanding of online-store campaigns, marketplace advertising and sales conversion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple products and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of IT, networking, CCTV or electronic products is preferred.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic working English is required.
