Responsibilities
- Manage products and menus on GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other online platforms.
- Update prices, stock, photos, vouchers, and promotions.
- Monitor daily orders and sales performance.
- Coordinate with stores to solve order or platform issues.
- Help create online promotions and voucher campaigns.
- Support online-to-offline promotions and in-store voucher redemption.
- Prepare simple sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Requirements
- Experience managing e-commerce, marketplace, or food-delivery platforms is preferred.
- Familiar with GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
- Understand basic promotions, vouchers, discounts, and product listings.
- Able to use Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- F&B or retail experience is a plus.
