E-Commerce Specialist (Digital Agency - Bandung)

Tanggung Jawab

• Become the main PIC for all e-commerce and marketplace-related projects across clients
• Handle end-to-end marketplace operations, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace ads to achieve sales and performance targets
• Analyze marketplace performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Coordinate with internal creative and account teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, and digital ads
• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and marketplace ads platform
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, campaign strategy, and sales performance metrics
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment
