- We are looking for a detail-oriented
- E-Learning Content Developer - iSpring (6-Month Contract)
to transform existing PowerPoint-based training materials into engaging, interactive self-paced e-learning modules using iSpring. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital learning, strong visual design skills, and the ability to create learner-friendly experiences while maintaining content accuracy.
- Key Responsibilities
- Convert PowerPoint training materials into interactive e-learning modules using iSpring Suite.
- Enhance learner engagement through quizzes, knowledge checks, interactions, simulations, and multimedia elements.
- Ensure content follows instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Maintain consistent branding, formatting, and quality standards across all modules.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to clarify content requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure modules function properly and are LMS/SCORM compliant.
- Update and revise existing e-learning content based on feedback and business needs.
- Skills & Qualifications
- Experience developing e-learning content using iSpring Suite (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strong attention to detail and visual design skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
