- Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants and young children in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
- Support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate care and activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children by promoting their well-being, confidence, and independence.
- Welcome children and families warmly while maintaining professional and respectful communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality childcare and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Observe children's general well-being and communicate relevant information to supervisors in accordance with the nursery's policies.
- Participate in the implementation of the nursery's educational program and daily routines.
- Ensure compliance with the nursery's health, safety, safeguarding, and confidentiality standards.
- Perform other childcare-related duties as assigned to support the daily operation of the nursery.
- Job Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with infants and young children.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field are preferred.
- Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues.
- Patient, caring, responsible, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Strong observation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Willingness to follow the nursery's educational approach, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
