About the role

As an Educator at Dreamland Early Learning Centre, you'll deliver a curriculum guided by the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), fostering each child's learning, wellbeing, and holistic development through purposeful play, meaningful relationships, and engaging learning experiences.

• Key responsibilities
• Deliver a curriculum guided by the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Foster each child's learning, wellbeing, and holistic development
• Create purposeful play and meaningful relationships with children
• Provide engaging learning experiences
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development
• Facilitate sensory-rich activities and exploration
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child feels valued and supported
• About you
• Passionate about working with young children
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience in an early childhood setting is an advantage, but not essential for trainee applicants
• Positive, caring and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
• Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural team
• Committed to providing high-quality care and education
• Eager to grow professionally through ongoing training and mentoring
