- Electrical Engineer – Qualifications
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Male, Max 35 years old
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if relevant)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems (low voltage and/or high voltage)
- Able to read and create wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and single-line diagrams
- Proficient in software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar
- Familiar with electrical panel installation, electric motors, and control systems
- Basic knowledge of PLC (Mitshubishi, Omron, Siemens etc) is an advantage
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- SIM A & SIM C Licenses and willing to travel for business trips / site visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent in english (writen & spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial electrical systems, automation, or pump systems
- Familiar with electrical standards (IEC, PUIL, etc.)
- Certification in Electrical Safety (K3) or related field is a plus
