Perform electrical installation and scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs, and troubleshoot malfunctions on electrical systems and backup systems, as well as various electricity-powered machinery and equipment (Genset; Electrical system in Heavy Equipment; AC current 220 V 1 phase – 400 V 3 phase; DC current 12 V – 24V; IFM Controller; Solenoid & Sensor; Panels; Main Motor 635 kW)
Repair electrical components and/or systems (e.g. motors, circuits, transformers, generators, compressors, switches, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring a safe working condition
Implement schedules and priorities; assign, supervise and review the work of Electrical Maintenance Team in a wide variety of electrical and mechanical equipment; inspect work in progress and upon completion for compliance to standard practices
Prepare specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials
Perform regular tests to new and existing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, both to spot potential problems and to ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality
Have knowledge and responsible for items, such as generator, battery, e. motors, alternator, AVR, E. Module, CAN bus, solenoid, frequency drive, switches, panels synchronizing, sensors, PLC/Controller, interface device, connectors, joystick, slip ring, light, relay/contactor, display, ECM
