Alebel Tech is hiring for Battery Pack & Robot Jockey Assembly Technician. We are seeking a hands-on Battery Pack & Robot Jockey Assembly Technician to assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot cylindrical lithium-ion battery packs and integrate them into the Robot Jockey product. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, R&D, and production teams to ensure assemblies meet drawings, safety, and quality standards.
>Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect cylindrical lithium-ion battery packs (18650/21700)
- Perform spot welding, wiring harness assembly, crimping and soldering
- Install and wire BMS boards, sensors, connectors and protection circuits
- Perform electrical testing, charge/discharge testing and troubleshooting
- Assemble and integrate battery packs into the Robot Jockey product
- Install motors, actuators, sensors and PCB/control boards.
>Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience in battery pack or electromechanical assembly
- Knowledge of 18650/21700 cells, BMS wiring, spot welding and soldering
- Practical experience with multimeter and battery testing equipment
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics or related field preferred.
