- Key Responsibility
- Action and prioritize maintenance request according to the level of urgency and importance.
- Maintain the function, physical appearance and operational efficiency of the outlet including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Performing preventive maintenance.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
- Assist with special events and project as directed by the operation manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Engineer or Maintenance Technician.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
- Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or food & beverage industry is preferred.
- Willing to travel between outlets if required.
