Job description

• Carry out daily engineering operations to ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are in good condition and safe to use.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and handle repairs based on work orders.
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back of house facilities to keep them in proper working condition.
• Monitor and record the usage of utilities such as electricity, water, and gas.
• Perform basic maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, genset, and other equipment.
• Follow safety procedures (K3) and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the engineering work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school/vocational school in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
• Previous experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Have a good attitude, discipline, and strong responsibility.
• Understand basic safety procedures (K3) and able to follow SOP.
