About the Role

We are seeking an Engineer On Site to provide on-site network engineering support for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of network infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring network availability, resolving technical issues, and supporting mission-critical payment connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls, perform network implementation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites, monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and VPN issues, diagnose and resolve network incidents to minimize service disruptions, perform routine maintenance including firmware upgrades and security patches, collaborate with internal teams and customers during implementation and operational support, and prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and implementation reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, VLAN, and network protocols.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network devices is preferred.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifts to support 24/7 operations.
• Willing to be assigned and work on-site at customer locations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or payment systems is an advantage.
