As part of the Kresna Hospitality team, the Staff Engineering position plays a vital role in maintaining the operational excellence of our properties. This role is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely, supporting a comfortable and well-maintained environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and building facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all property facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Operations team regarding maintenance activities and project updates.
• Prepare detailed material requests and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Engineering Staff in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and general building maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
